The written report we received after stage 1 was very clear; they stated which record was missing and why, with evidence. We had no surprises at stage 2.

They combined the ISO 22000 and halal audits in the same week; both auditor days and the fee went down. The unannounced visit was also planned without disruption.

In the 2022 transition audit they went through our SoA line by line. They told us about a missing control on day one and gave us time to correct it. Impartial and professional.

The auditor stayed on site through shift changes and talked to warehouse staff. Thanks to the verification page our customers can check our certificate themselves.
