What if I could not pick a date?
You pick a programme at registration; for a date change you can write to us up to seven days before the course and the fee carries over to the next session at no extra cost.
Can the attendance certificate be verified?
Yes, every certificate has a number and can be checked on the verification page.
What are the cancellation and refund terms?
Cancellations up to 10 days before the course are refunded in full; up to three days before, 50% is refunded.
